With more than 20 years of expertise in the wine and spirits industry, Shawn Fuller is a proven sales leader dedicated to elevating brands at every stage of growth. His career spans State, Regional, and National Sales Management, combined with hands-on experience in production and procurement, giving him the ability to deliver results for both emerging start-ups and established legacy brands. His portfolio management expertise covers merchandising, c-store, On- & Off-Premise independant channels, and national key account development for both regional and national operational concepts.

During 2020 and the first 2 years of COVID-19, Shawn founded Graph & Vine Consulting, guiding ambitious new brands—including Plant Botanical Vodka Seltzer (RTD), Cotes de Femme Wines, Mex Punch Cantarito (RTD), and Mini Vacay Wine (RTD) into the national market. He directed launches with strategic programming, data-driven marketing, educational presentations, and distribution expansion into more than 23 states. A combined effort landed national placements with Costco, Target, Whole Foods, The Fresh Market and Total Wine & More.

Shawn’s leadership philosophy is rooted in his extensive coaching career with USA Volleyball, where he mentored over 400 college athletes and shaped high-performing teams through more than 15 years in Junior Olympic High Performance programs. These experiences honed his ability to build strong teams, develop talent, and create a culture of accountability and collaboration—principles that now define his sales management approach.

As a “coach-like manager,” Shawn prioritizes empowerment, mentorship, and continuous skill development, ensuring individuals thrive while teams consistently achieve collective goals. His recent leadership roles with Oak Ridge Winery and R6 Distillery underscore his ability to secure national placements, drive multi-channel sales growth, and execute innovative marketing programs. With deep expertise in brand development, distributor management, and strategic partnerships, Shawn delivers sustainable growth and long-term success across the beverage sector.
